His realization came when he received a text-to-speech message from a viewer. Although he swiftly ended the stream and deleted the video-on-demand, the internet’s rapid nature meant that the content had already been clipped and circulated.
In response to the mishap, xQc explained on his Twitch chat that he had accidentally clicked the “go-live” button. He humorously expressed in his chat, “biggest accident since I made this Twitch account. That’s actually insane. Welp. GG.”
xQc recounted the incident in his Twitch chat, explaining, “I was ready to go live, and the go-live button was highlighted, I clicked space or some s*** and it went live.”
Some sceptics among his audience speculated that the incident might be linked to his ex-partner, Adept. Considering their ongoing divorce proceedings and the possibility that she had been residing in the house since xQc’s departure, although without substantial evidence, these claims remain speculative.
Despite the unexpected exposure, he managed to handle the situation with his characteristic sense of humour, leaving his viewers both entertained and empathetic towards the mishap.
