xQc suggests Hasan and Pokimane are afraid of Kick success – Streaming star xQc made headlines when it was revealed that he had signed a non-exclusive deal with Kick, which could be worth up to $100 million. Following criticism, he has suggested that his fellow streamers, Hasan and Pokimane, have been critical of his deal with Kick due to their fear of its potential success.
While many fellow streamers congratulated xQc on his massive payday, others expressed criticism due to Kick’s association with Stake, a crypto casino and gambling website. Among those who voiced their concerns, Pokimane stood out as one of the most vocal critics.

Poki openly stated that she wouldn’t make a similar move for $10 million as it would compromise her “morals and ethics.” Similarly, Hasan expressed scepticism, highlighting the potential scrutiny Kick could face as it signed larger talents.
During one of his recent streams, xQc directly addressed the backlash he received from Hasan and Pokimane regarding his deal with Kick. He took the opportunity to share his perspective on their criticism and speculated about their motivations.
xQc suggested that both Hasan and Pokimane are driven by fear of Kick’s potential success as a streaming platform. He argued that their critical remarks stem from the realization that Kick might actually thrive, which threatens their own positions and reputations.
“Empty hands, morals, and that should be enough for you. Morals and ethics should be what you care about, right? Not what it comes with then? But it seems like these guys, they want to dip their f**king bread into the sauce, and they want to also eat it then. And there’s a chance they might not be able to do that then if that s**t f**ks up, and that scares them”, he claimed.
According to xQc, Hasan and Pokimane are concerned that if Kick fails and they withdraw their support, they will be left with only their morals and ethics. He emphasized that they should prioritize these principles over the benefits that come with a successful platform.
While acknowledging that financial worries may play a part, xQc pointed out that Hasan and Pokimane’s fear extends beyond monetary considerations. They are also apprehensive about potential damage to their reputation and credibility if they were to align themselves with a venture that doesn’t succeed.
