xQc denies claims of being married after an on-stream incident – Following the appearance of his ex-girlfriend, Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel shut down claims that he and Adept were married. Adept and xQc kept their relationship pretty lowkey for quite some time despite dating for a few years. As a running joke between their fan bases, the Twitch streamers regularly referred to each other as just roommates.
After a while, they began sharing romantic moments with their fans, but having a relationship in front of thousands also brought about headaches. They clashed in-game, resulting in a real-life argument. The streamers had broken up a few times as well, but they eventually reconciled. Up until their most recent breakup in September, which has caused a lot of drama over cars, other people they’re seeing, and even rumors they were married.

The latter began during xQc’s webcast on January 7, which he was forced to end when Adept showed up at his house and the two of them got into a fight over him allegedly “violating a court law.”
The two streamers were reportedly going through the divorce process, and restraining orders were being lifted, according to a court document discovered by some fans who dug around in Williamson County, Texas. However, xQc asserted that it wasn’t entirely accurate.
“I am not married, I was never married, ok?” he said during his January 8 stream. “And, everyone who has watched the stream for like six years, ok, knows my exact mindset about this. Everybody knows my word-for-word, things I’ve been saying for years that I would probably never get married for the rest of my life.”
The Canadian claimed that he had no “desire” for marriage and that rituals and traditions were the only reasons people got married. “It’s just not me, I don’t see any value in it,” he added. “I was never married whatsoever, it has never happened. That’s it.” Given that the streamers have been unable to separate from one another, it is unclear if anything more will come of the incident.
