xQc and Adept Divorce Date – Popular Twitch streamer xQc and his alleged partner are all set to meet in court after the date for the divorce trial between the two has been fixed for May. This happened following a divorce she filed in court back in November 2022. The two were apparently married between August 2020 and October 2022, when one of the parties filed the official paperwork, according to the court documents between Adept and xQc.

The material that was leaked proved that Adept was the one who not only requested a divorce but also obtained a restraining order against xQc with certain guidelines. xQc was prohibited from discussing the incident on Twitch or any of his social media outlets due to a court order, and the restraining order restricted the live streamer from contacting Adept digitally.
Adept and xQc were unlikely to be spotted together in public since the divorce and restraining order was already issued, which fuelled Twitch rumors that they were still dating. Following that Adept visited his home during a broadcast and mentioned that he was “violating a court law,” the two got into a violent on-stream argument in January.
A formal date has been scheduled for the divorce trial between the two streamers, according to public papers submitted in Williamson County, Texas. The former couple is scheduled for a trial before the court on May 19, 2023, according to the records, following hearings for a typical temporary restraining order in 2022.
Court documents reveal that the marriage between xQc and Adept was “insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”
For now, the case of the divorce trial is up for the court to pass judgment on. Anything but this high-profile case will draw a lot of public attention.
