The next-generation console war has begun. In addition to the first Xbox Series X in the Microsoft camp. The next-generation console was to grab the mid-to-low-price market, and it was accidentally exposed afterwards that the console was named “Xbox Series S” before official release media revealed the appearance and price of the Xbox Series S.
After some speculations and rumours, Microsoft officially revealed Xbox Series S through their official twitter handle.

PRICE AND LAUNCH DATE
The Xbox Series S is less than half the size of the Xbox Series X, and the price is astonishingly low at $299. Xbox Series X, which is more powerful will cost $499, with a $35 per month Xbox all access financing option.

Xbox SERIES X FEATURES
As seen in the Trailer, the feature set of the console seems to be at par with what is on offer on the Xbox Series X. The console will target 1440p resolution with 4K upscaling for games and will also support frame rates of up to 120fps where it can. It will support DirectX Ray-tracing, Variable Rate Shading, Variable Refresh Rate, Ultra-Low Latency, and 4K streaming for media playback.
