We Play! Pushka League : Everything you need to know

WePlay! is a Ukrainian Esports organization founded in 2012. WePlay! hosts tournaments in Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and World of Tanks.

They made their entrance in the Dota 2 scene with the tournament WePlay Dota2 League Season 1 and show matches along with it. In April 2016, they put on their first Dota 2 LAN in their home town of Kyiv, with WePlay Dota2 League Season 3. Their online tournaments have primarily featured European and CIS teams, but they have also hosted one Southeast Asian and North American tournament, each.

WePlay! presents WePlay! Pushka League, an online tournament featuring 14 teams from two regions(Europe & CIS)and a prize pool of USD 250,000.

Format

Qualifiers – ( April 15 – April 22)

  • Total of 14 teams
  • Twelve invited teams (six teams for each region)
  • One team each from Europe and CIS qualifiers.

Group Stage: – April 23rd – May 6th

  • Teams are divided into two groups of seven
  • All matches are Bo3
  • Top four teams advance to the Playoffs
  • Bottom three teams are eliminated

Playoffs: – May 7th – 11th

  • Double-elimination bracket
  • All matches besides grand final are Bo3
  • Grand final is Bo5

Invited teams from Europe region-Team Nigma, Team Secret, Team Liquid, OG, Alliance, Ninjas in Pyjamas

Invited teams from CIS region-Natus Vincere, Virtus.pro, HellRaisers, B8, Gambit Esports, Team Spirit
