With this win, Velocity Gaming became the champions of the VCC India Qualifiers stage 1 and become the first team to enter the playoffs of valorant conquerors championships from South Asia, beating Global Esports. Velocity opened the match as the defenders and controlled the first half, securing seven rounds to Global Esports’ four. Velocity improved their planning after switching sides, winning four rounds in a row. Global Esports, on the other hand, won five more rounds, but it was not enough to win.

After Winning the first map of Icebox, Velocity Gaming was pretty confident in 2nd game also. They carried their map 1 momentum by winning pistol round. Global Esports as the attacking side has to wait for 3 rounds when they got their first opening. VLT has to struggle to cope with up attacking of GE, In the halftime score was 8-4, Velocity turned the table and GE did not even get a single chance of a comeback and at the end of this Map, the score was the same as the previous map in favour of Velocity gaming.

After losing on their own chosen map of Bind, this was done or die for Global Esports. Global Esports took early charge in the game, In halftime score was standing at 9-3. After halftime, VLT could not stand against the momentum set by Global Esports, Even though they managed to secure some early rounds but end up losing this map and Global Esports survives their hope for VCC playoffs.

Map 4: BREEZE
This map was crucial for both teams, Velocity needed just one more map to enter valorant conquerors championships playoffs. On the other hand, Global has no other option rather than to win this map and to be alive in the race to playoffs. Both teams took a steady start and end up half time with a score of 6-6. Even after the switch, no team wanted to take the risk, this leaded game to enter Overtime where Velocity gaming snatched the match from GE.
