Valorant Champions Tour Stage 2 Masters is the first major LAN competition since Valorant’s debut, concluded last month in Reykjavik, Iceland. The game’s second entry into a major international event will be a mammoth affair, with 16 teams instead of the ten in Iceland.

The Valorant LAN event VCT Stage 3 Masters will be the largest ever. 16 of the top teams from across the world will gather under one roof to compete on Valorant’s five maps. The teams will be grouped into four groups at first, with two teams from each group progressing to the next round of the tournament.
Vision Strikers, Paper Rex, Supermassive Blaze, and Acend will compete in Group A, while Vivo Keyd, Team Envy, KRÜ Esports, and Zeta Division will compete in Group B. Gambit Esports, Crazy Raccoon, 100 Thieves, and Havan Liberty are in Group C. Sentinels, the Masters Reykjavik champions were grouped with G2 Esports, Bren Esports, and F4Q in Group D.

Masters Berlin will begin with GSL-style group play, followed by a single-elimination bracket with eight teams. Two teams from each group will advance to the following round, with the overall champion qualifying for the Champions event in December. Every other team is competing for a large number of circuit points, with second place earning a massive 375 points.
