MAP 1: HAVEN
Haven was hit first by 100T, who took the pistol round and punished Envy’s bold second-round buy. By round four, they were still mostly using SMGs and, owing to Hiko, were on the verge of winning their bonus. They won five straight rounds to force a 100T timeout, and they kept extending their lead with major plays from newcomers yes and Marved. Envy won nine straight rounds to go up 9-3 at halftime, with an incredible 20 kills and only four deaths from yay.

After the swap, Envy extended their lead by taking the first two rounds on their defensive side before 100T made their first buy, during which steel supplied a massive 4k to save the game. Another monster round from yeah snuffed out that lifeline, and a 1v1 match between crashies and Hiko, the clutch maestro himself, saw Envy win the map 13-5. Yay concluded with a mind-boggling 31 kills to nine deaths ratio.
MAP 2: ASCENT
To begin Ascent, 100T used a clean offensive pistol round, with steel from 100T producing distractions on B to draw the remainder of Envy off A. Throughout the first half, both teams battled for control of the A site, but Envy took a small 7-5 lead because to another outstanding Op play from yes.

Envy’s advantage extended thanks to a stunning A site take and an amazing post-plant hold from Marved, who added a massive triple, before Envy’s bonus round triumph ramped up the heat in the 100T seats. With the score at 11-5 after a tremendous pistol round, Victor’s 1v1 clutch win over Hiko effectively plunged the knife into the hearts of 100T. With a few rounds left, 100T rallied, but in the 21st round, they missed key crucial kills. Envy won the second map 13-8, putting the series out of reach. with this win Team Envy is all set to go against Gambit esports in VCT 2021 Masters Berlin Finals.
