As for the answer, recently Anna Donlon, The senior vice president and Executive producer at Riot games said, “VALORANT has been developed and tried on Mobile devices and the current prototype is already running. It’s not simply a matter of moving pc games to mobile games.” in the latest interview of NGABBS.

What she meant by this statement is that transferring a game from PC to mobile is not just a matter of transferring but giving the best experience to the players. She said that Valorant is a game born for PC and all the devs play it on PC only.
While she admits that the audience is growing bigger and bigger and it would not be wise to not try to bring this game to mobile, she said that she cannot promise anything as of right now. The most important thing is the gaming experience and they will focus on correcting that problem first.

She also mentioned that a prototype is currently running of the game but it is not confirmed whether it will be launched or not.
