VALORANT Champions 2023 Group Draw Results: Check out which teams made it to Los Angeles – The VCT Last Chance Qualifier tournaments for the different regions have concluded. Hence, we now have a total of 16 teams that have qualified for the VALORANT Champions 2023 tournament. On July 24, the Group Draw for the event was conducted to determine which teams will be sorted to which group. Here are the results.

Out of the 16 teams, 3 teams qualified from the Last Chance Qualifier tournaments while 9 teams earned their spot by being the top 3 of their respective regional Leagues. The EMEA region got an additional spot due to Fnatic winning the VCT LOCK/IN tournament. The last 3 spots were claimed by teams advancing through the China Qualifiers.

Event Duration and Format
The VALORANT Champions 2023 tournament will be divided into two stages: Group Stage and Playoffs.
Group Stage
- The Group Stage will begin on Aug. 6 and it will continue till Aug. 13.
- The 4 groups (each having 4 teams) will follow a double-elimination (GSL) format.
- All matches between teams will be a best-of-3 map series.
- The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
Playoffs
- The Playoffs will be conducted from Aug.16 – 20 and Aug. 24 – 26.
- It will have a double-elimination bracket.
- All regular matches will be best-of-3 map series. Only the Lower Bracket Finals and Grand Finals will be a best-of-5 map series.
