VALORANT Champions 2022 Playoffs Day 4
Upper Bracket Semifinals
DRX VS LOUD
The first map was a comeback story for LOUD. They bounced back in the second half to deny DRX the win. The loss clearly shook DRX as they performed poorly on the second map, allowing LOUD to obtain a victory and win the series 2-0.
LOUD has advanced into the upper bracket finals while DRX has fallen to the lower bracket quarter-finals. Here they must beat Fnatic to advance and stay alive in the competition.
OPTIC GAMING VS XSET
Both North American teams gave their best performances in the tournament in this series. The first map was taken by OpTic after they made an incredible comeback in the second half. But XSET did not falter as they took the second map to even the series score.
OpTic showed a dominant performance in the third map and secured the series with a 2-1 victory. They will now move to the upper bracket finals where they will face LOUD. XSET must beat FunPlus Phoenix in the lower bracket quarter-finals to advance further in the tournament.
