VALORANT Champions 2022 Group Stage: Fnatic and FunPlus Phoenix qualify for playoffs by winning their Decider matches
Decider Matches
Group C: FUNPLUS PHOENIX VS KRU ESPORTS
FPX had a strong start in this deciding series. They took the first map with ease to gain a 1-0 lead. The second map turned out to be a more one-sided affair. It looked KRU did not have any answer to FPX’s plays, allowing them to bag even this map and qualify for the playoffs with a 2-0 victory.
Group D: 100 THIEVES VS FNATIC
In the second matchup of the day, Fnatic clearly looked like the better team. They secured the first map quite easy to get a lead in the series. Although 100 Thieves tried a bit harder on the next map, it did not make a significant difference.
Fnatic won this map too and gained a 2-0 victory over them. With this, they have become the last team to make it to the VALORANT Champions 2022 playoffs.
