The VALORANT Challengers South Asia is a B-tier tournament where teams from the region can participate.
Registrations
The registrations for the Open Qualifier for South Asian teams have begun. It will be open from Feb. 20 till Feb. 23. Interested teams can click here to register for it. Rush before the registration closes down.
Format
The VALORANT Challengers South Asia will have 4 stages in this tournament.
- Open Qualifiers: It will have a Single Elimination Bracket. The Open Qualifiers will take place from Feb. 25 to Feb. 28.
- League Stage: Information about it will be revealed soon.
- Group Stage: Information about it will be revealed soon.
- Playoffs: Information about this stage will be provided in the future.
The VALORANT Challengers South Asia allows teams from the region to compete in Riot’s official league system. The overall prize pool of the tournament will be Rs 1.1 crore (USD $140,000).
Teams will not only play for the prize money but also for a chance to qualify and play at the APAC VALORANT Ascension event in the future. That event will bring together the winners of 10 Challenger Leagues across APAC and allow them to compete for a slot in next year’s APAC Pacific League 2024.
