A fully open-world looter shooter called The Division Resurgence will have a PvE campaign that can be played alone or with a friend, as well as PvP options like the Dark Zone. The Rainbow Six Mobile, meanwhile, aims to replicate the tactical 5v5 experience of its console cousins on mobile platforms. The Division Resurgence will be an attempt to create a full-fledged AAA shooter for mobile platforms. It will have a story campaign, which can be completed in single-player or cooperative mode.
The Division Heartland is a free-to-play PvPvE survival shooter game for PC and consoles that is still in development by Ubisoft. Also, they have said that Division 3 won’t be developed and would instead focus on Division 2’s fourth year of seasonal content.
Co-founder and CEO Yves Guillemot commented on the new game releases by saying, “Since we are focused on growing on our capabilities, we are focussing our efforts on major brands and long-lasting live games. Even though the macro climate had an impact on the video game business and our Q3 performance, our well-known franchises and Live games had good success. Rainbow Six Siege has done remarkably well in a shooter game market that is extremely competitive. Seven years after the game’s debut, this momentum is encouraging as we prepare to release Rainbow Six Mobile the following fiscal year”.
