Two Kick streamers can face ten years of a prison sentence in Nepal following alleged indecent behavior with girls-Â Kick streamers Suspendas and Slightly Homeless have faced charges after they live-streamed objectionable content with young girls in Nepal. They allegedly spoke to females look as young as 15 and proposed marriage to one of them before being arrested by the Nepal police.
On May 18, Suspendas and Slightly Homeless conducted a live stream interview with two women. The females appeared to be between 15 and 16 years old and in grade 10 at their educational institution. The two streamers were being held in a Nepalese jail when a woman who purported to be from the US Embassy showed up and started talking to them about their predicament and their alternatives.

She said the authorities had detained them after discovering a video of SlightlyHomeless “rapping about inappropriate things” and proposing to wed a minor. Slightlyhomeless confessed, “I was rapping, and I said some things I probably shouldn’t have said.”
On the r/Nepal subreddit, the video was posted, along with a request for viewers to forward the link to the police. Before the camera was turned off later in the live, police could be seen coming. This was when the streamers were taken into police custody for crossing lines. Speaking to young girls on stream was fine until they asked if they would be interested to marry them.Â
Many Kick streamers have a reputation for streaming otherwise objectionable content like gambling streams, inappropriate on-stream behavior, and many such contents. However, this went too far when streamers Suspendas and Slightly Homeless acted out of proportion in a foreign land.Â
The representative of the US Embassy suggested that the two seek legal counsel from a number of available solicitors. They warned that they may potentially face up to ten years in prison in the worst-case scenario. But as of now, Slightlyhomeless is deported to another country and is out of prison. He has also released a video claiming that he was innocent and there has been a misunderstanding about the age of the girls.Â
