On July 28, xQc was accused by the Amazon-owned purple platform Twitch on charges of racism. Amidst the ban of a large number of streamers happening every now and then, another popular streamer is again hit with a tag of racist. Likewise, GreekgodX, the charges are based on ridiculing an Asian family right in the live streams.
However, the charges are denied from his end by adding an explanation to his behavior saying that the Asian family he was impersonating in the viral clip was actually Greek.
This is funny because that wasn’t an Asian family. That was a geek family speaking Greek. And to assume that they are Asian is very wrong in itself. My family members are Asian why would I be racist to the people who brought me up. https://t.co/nT55aKJUXl

The tweet above instantly went viral accusing him of mocking Asian languages. Later, xQc wrote a comment through his official Twitter handle which turned against him and had to urge people to move on with their lives, stating: “Yes, people even used to own slaves not long ago. Move the f*ck on.”
In a recent controversial broadcast of Greek, which went viral and later met with a misfortune, he was watched being offensive on certain things to which xQc took offence and reacted. Later the incident he was soon slapped with the same accusations calling him racist. Some even demanded actions to be taken against xQc and this is exactly when xQc suggested people to move on with their lives.
xQ, he has been doing the Asian voice since the Tyler1 days, why wasn’t any action taking place then, he has done this Asian voice many times bro so I’m pretty sure he isn’t playing a character or trying to be offensive here.

As people outgrow themselves and their past mistakes it is better suggested that people carry on with their lives too instead of poking their nose in every tiny issue.
It’s almost like people learn, grow and improve. Crazy right? The concept of getting better seem to be something you people completely forget exists because you refuse to do so yourself. WE USED TO DO X AND Y. Yes, people even used to own slaves not long ago. Move the fuck on

All in all, it seems like the controversy regarding Greek’s most recent Twitch ban will likely continue to be the talk of the community.
