Twitch streamer startled by gunfire shots nearby while streaming with a group of friends – A rather scary incident took place recently when Twitch streamer ‘Dankol83’ heard rounds of gunshots while he was busy streaming with a couple of his friends. After a shooter opened fire directly outside his streaming booth, he and his guests were abruptly interrupted and left shocked.
Dankol83 is an Italian Twitch streamer boasting 67K followers on the purple platform. He is popular in the ‘Just Chatting’ category and also loves streaming games like FIFA. Recently, an incident unfolded on Dankol83’s stream, which is known for shooting videos outdoors. On one such occasion, he was having a pleasant conversation with visitors when they heard gunshots. Dankol83 and his group stared back in terror as the shooting seemed to take place directly outside the filming booth.
Fortunately, the cops showed up quickly as Dankol83 and his buddies sought refuge inside and discussed the incident’s outcome.
Similar incidents have happened in the past too, with other streamers. Popular IRL streamer JakeNBake was horrified when people started firing guns close while he was in Greece, only to find out later that it was all a convoluted prank. Jake has, however, come close to danger on several times, and like other IRL streamers, he even managed to record it live in front of his horrified followers. A situation similar to this happened with one of the popular streamers, Adin Ross. After believing he heard gunshots outside during a Twitch live, Adin Ross panicked and even hid beneath his desk out of terror.
After the clip of the gunshot in Dankol83’s stream appeared on Reddit, one user claimed: “Apparently the guy randomly started shooting a few shots in the air and some at the ground, then immediately went back home […] The police came after a few minutes and evacuated the area, after like 30 minutes an ambulance came and the police went away.”
Dankol83 has experienced dramatic events on his live stream before, as prior to this, passersby wrecked his equipment, leaving him to clean up the mess.
