Twitch Streamer Mizkif may face legal action for refusing to bring his own trash – Streamer Matthew ‘Mizkif’ Rinaudo may be forced to go to court after a housemate allegedly neglected to pay HOA fines, according to reports. In case you are unfamiliar, HOA stands for Homeowners Association. The purpose of this organization is to enforce the rules that govern the maintenance of a specific neighborhood. According to Mizkif, his content house may have irritated their HOA, resulting in him going to court.
Mizkif discussed the situation with Emily ‘Emiru’ Schunk during a recent live Twitch chat to hear: “Did you know that we got ten things in the mail for HOA? We’re getting in trouble a lot, to the point where I might have to go to court,” Mizkif explained.

“Yeah, so basically HOA is fining us every single week and we’re having problems with them. And the reason why we’re having problems with them is that we aren’t taking the garbage back into the house. And that’s not my fault, because I bought the house, and I expect one of us to bring the garbage back in. Yeah, no, my HOA is really cringe. Like, really cringe. If you don’t bring the garbage back in two days, they will fine you.” “I don’t even know what day of the week garbage day is,” Emiru admitted.
After muting, they discussed the specific trash day. However, shortly after they unmuted, Mizkif added, “Don’t forget to bring back the garbage on Tuesday.”
There is currently no indication of whether Mizkif will actually take this to a court or if it will simply pay the amassing fines and move on. It is certain, however, that someone needs to bring the rubbish in from his content creator’s house.
