Twitch star xQc unknowingly makes fun of his own chess match, CHECK MORE – Felix “xQc” Lengyel was tricked into roasting his own gameplay while participating in a rank-guessing game on the live stream. Though he took time to realize it in the beginning, his reaction was a hilarious one.
Lengyel is well-versed in Twitch drama, including his split with streamer Adept in September 2022 led to a rift between many of the site’s top creators. Due to his promotion of gambling to a predominantly young audience, he has received a lot of criticism. Apart from the controversies, he’s vocal about his opinions and often falls prey to his own tricks.

The xQc chess adventure has been enjoyable to watch. There have been memorable instances across the board, whether it was him making a massive error in front of GM Hikaru Nakamura or oversleeping for his match at Ludwig’s Chessboxing event in 2022.
The recent on-stream incident becomes one of the latest ones to join the list of moments he has had during regarding chess match. Though he thoroughly critiqued a mystery opponent and estimated their chess rating to be between 100 and 599 before discovering it was his own gameplay he was criticizing. This self-own, however, joins the list of his very best.
It so happened that xQc was playing a chess rank guessing game on stream, and was fooled to critique his own gameplay. While he was reviewing a match that he didn’t know initially, he was quick enough to realize that it was his own gameplay.
xQc was stunned to learn that his response, which had given the gameplay the lowest possible set of ratings, had actually been selected for the third tier with a score of 947. “Nope, I don’t agree. He missed a free piece.”
The streamer was roasted by his fans and he screamed as soon as he realized that he was caught red-handed. “It was me?” Lengyel’s reaction was out of control even after he finally understood what was happening. This was another hilarious incident that his fans enjoyed.
