Tom Clancy XDefiant Closed Beta will start on 5th August: Everything about the game. Tom Clancy’s exciting fast-paced arena shooter game XDefiant is finally here, closed beta testing will start from August 5. Tom Clancy’s XDefiant is a free-to-play game with special factions, intense, personalized loadouts. XDefiant is an arena shooter game made by Ubisoft, developers of Tom Clancy. The company has said that the closed beta for PC gamers will be starting from August 5 with players having an option to personalize characters, unique loadouts, a 6v6 arena battle mode, uniquely designed maps, and more.

Tom Clancy XDefiant: Game overview

Our special in-game characters can be personalized according to our playstyle. We can also tweak the powers and special abilities of characters or Defiants to suit our gameplay. A number of primary, secondary weapons and a device will be available to make a loadout with attachments to adapt to the unpredictable game conditions.

Different game modes will be available with Tom Clancy’s Defiant. Both linear and 6v6 arena battle modes will be there,  Domination and escort to name a few and all of this will come with a lot of uniquely designed maps to make things exciting.

Very unique and special Characters from Tom Clancy’s universe and beyond with abilities will be available in-game. Tom Clancy’s Defiant according to its name will feature diverse factions of Defiants like Wolves, Outcasts, Cleaners, and Echelon to name a few with room for more to be added in the future as the game evolves and progresses also drawing inspiration from Tom Clancy’s universe.

Tom Clancy XDefiant Closed beta: How to Download

The game is not yet open for everyone to download but the players can register at playxdefiant.com to register for the closed beta test. The test will go live on 5 August in the US and Canada for PC gamers and more tests will be made live soon.

Ubisoft hasn’t specified a launch date yet but since the closed testing is all set to start on August 5 it is not far away. The game seems promising from its feature list and players are excited to test it, where it will be exciting to see what kind of meta this game brings to the table when it comes to FPS shooter games.
