The Last of Us Part 1 PC Version delayed for a few weeks- The Last of Us Part I’s PC port is now releasing on 28th march, which was previously released on 3rd march. Naughty dog on their Twitter handle confirmed that the much-awaited zombie-killing survivor game is delayed. The developers have said that the delay is happening because they are ensuring a polished experience at launch that is devoid of bugs or optimization issues.

“We want to make sure that The Last of Us Part I PC debut is in the best shape possible,” Naughty Dog wrote in a tweet. “These additional few weeks will allow us to ensure this version of The Last of Us lives up to your, and our, standards.” The delay was partly due to the success surrounding HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us, with Naughty Dog not wanting to lower its reputation by pushing out a port that’s a little rough around the edges.

The developers have still not disclosed the PC requirements and specific features that would normally one-up the PS5 version, which was launched last year in September. This has improved the graphics and loading times. Fans now can expect unlocked frame rates, technical perks tailored to graphics cards, and support for ultra-wide monitors. The story is going to be the same as the original 2013 version.
