Team secret, a very well know esports organization has withdrawn from ESL premiership spring season 2020.

Under rules 2.14 Leaving the ESL Premiership and 2.14.1 Leaving During the Season; Team Secret will forfeit all prize money accumulated throughout the season. All resulted matches and matches still to be played will result in forfeit by Team Secret, awarding a default win to each opponent of their respective matches; this includes the match with Audacity Esports from Playday 1.

[blockquote footer=”Team Secret”]Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have unfortunately had to withdraw from the UK Premiership. We wish all the competitors the best of luck and look forward to watching the games.[/blockquote]

Shortly before the Six Major Paris 2018, Team Secret signed Team IDK. The original roster consisted of Bryan “Elemzje” Tebessi, Ryan “Lacky” Stapley, Leon “LeonGids” Giddens, Matthew “meepeY” Sharples, David “sTiZze” de Castro and Louis “Helbee” Bureau as a coach.

PRESENT ROSTER

  • Matthew “meepeY” Sharples – IGL/Flex
  • Leon “LeonGids” Giddens – Fragger
  • Aku “Fonkers” Seppä – Flex
  • Daniel “Ferral” Rotheram – Flex Support
  • Joonas “jNSzki” Savolainen – Support

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Winner – ESL Premiership Winter 2018 Finals
  • 2nd position – ESL Premiership Spring 2019 Finals

With the exit of the team from the tournament, fans would be disheartened to not watch their favourite team play and dominate in the premiership.
