With numerous international competitions occurring in and around South Asia and Southeast Asia, the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Offseason is taking a heavy toll (SEA). Some of the top teams from both of these regions competed in the Skyesports SEA Championship, an official Valorant event, which was held from November 23 to 25. The third and final day of the Skyesports SEA Championship was completed today, and BLEED was declared the winner by defeating team MITH (Made in Thailand) in the grand finals. The lower bracket final between MiTH (Made in Thailand) and GodSquad (Global Esports) started off the third and final day of the Skyesports SEA Championship. Many fans were eager to see another dynamic performance from the final Indian representatives after seeing a tremendously close match between Velocity Gaming and GodSquad end in a tie. Sadly, this optimism soon turned to doom as MiTH dispatched GodSquad over Icebox and Fracture to advance to the championship round with a clear “2-0” series victory
It is the second time in a row that BLEED has triumphed over MITH in the Skyesports SEA Championship. Yesterday, the upper bracket final of the competition featured a thrilling best-of-three series between MiTH (Made in Thailand) and Bleed Esports. The $22,500 USD prize pool for the competition was split exclusively among the winners. A minor sum of money was also given to the tournament’s MVP (Most Valuable Player) and MVL (). BLEED took home the title of champion and a sizable prize fund; they received $15,000. Team MITH received $6,500 after this. Both teams put up a good fight, but in the end, BLEED prevailed 3-1.
