Sentinels CEO contradicts ShahZaM’s comments on dismissal from the organization’s Valorant squad- Shahzeb ‘ShahZaM’ Khan, a prominent player for the Sentinels, has claimed to have learnt of his dismissal from the organization’s Valorant squad. According to a report on Oct 5th, ShahZaM will now be replaced by his colleague named ‘Dephh’. On the contrary the CEO of the team sees the situation differently.

While speaking to the audience ShahZaM revealed that he was as surprised as the fans were about his dismissal from the squad. In his words he stated that, “I just found out with you”. On the other hand Sentinels main man name ‘Rob Moore’ has a different story to this. Moore made the situation transparent by informing the world that ShahZaM was clearly aware of the fact. ShahZaM knew that his contract was coming to an end and his position in the squad wasn’t rooted to the ground, and now when the dismissal was in place ShahZaM claims to be innocent.

According to a conversation between Moore and the team’s three-year leader back on September 21, where the main topic of discussion was that the final squad was still to be settled, they must find an effective and quick decision to form a final crew, before franchising.

Moore claimed, “I want to clarify the situation with ShahZaM. On 9/21 I reminded him he did not have a contract for next season, we were most likely bringing in new coaches, they would decide the new roster and he was free to contact other teams.”

It seems that Moore was in a mood to take up these challenges to clarify the whole situation with Khan. Moore further discusses how ShahZaM was conscious that there will be given no further contract extension even after he had meetings with the incoming coaches. It seems that due to a leak in information that led to the creation of the current unrest situation.

“That was not an announcement from the team, the timing was unfortunate but certainly not a surprise,” Moore further claimed.

In response ShahZam stated that both he and Moore were now discussing the subject in private that, “the timing of the leak, along with being in the dark, created the emotional response you saw on stream.”

The multi-game professional is already seeking for a new squad to fight for as the world of Valorant esports, braces for a significant shift, as he won’t be sporting the red-and-black of SEN upcoming campaign.
