Homegrown Indian esports organization, S8ul Esports has become the first-ever esports group to become the finalist in the ‘Content Group of the Year’ category presented by Esports Awards. In addition to this, Soul Mortal, the founding member of S8ul Esports has been nominated for the ‘Esports Personality of the Year’ category along with s1mple, faker, Nadeshot, and many more.
It is a huge achievement for the Indian esports team to get nominated along with Faze Clan, 100 Thieves, LOUD, and six other teams. Founded in 2015, the Esports Awards is the most prestigious night in the esports calendar and the only global award show that aims to recognize esports excellence.
The Esports Awards is dedicated to showcasing world-class performance and innovation from every corner of the industry throughout the year and reaches its pinnacle at its end-of-year ceremony considered the Oscars of esports.
This year’s Esports Awards will be hosted at Resorts World Las Vegas on December 13th, 2022. After a huge wave of nominations, League of Legends, Dr. Disrespect, and FaZe Clan is among the names who have been shortlisted in the entertainment categories.
