Riot Games reveals YR1 stats card on the VALORANT Year 1 Anniversary

The game is developed by Riot Games, also the developer of League of Legends, League of Runeterra and Team Tactics. VALORANT is somewhat the mixture of Overwatch and Counter-Strike where two teams of five players will compete with each other in a best of 24 rounds fight.

It is a free to play game like all other games developed under the banner of Riot Games which will have customized character and gun skins with no advantage to the gameplay.

According to the developers, the game will have dedicated 128-tick servers, with at least 30 frames per second on most min-spec computers, 60 to 144 FPS on modern gaming rigs, a global spread of data centres aimed at <35ms for players in major cities around the world.

At present, VALORANT is specifically launched for the PC players which could change in future. As of now League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics are soon expected to be available to play on mobile and console.

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz
  • GPU: GTX 1050 Ti

  • GPU: Intel HD 3000
PC hardware recommendations:
  • Windows 7/8/10 64-bit
  • 4GB RAM
  • 1GB of VRAM

The exact date for the release of VALORANT is not revealed by the developer, but soon the pro players of various games will be invited to the test the beta version.
