Recently, the famous game development company Riot games bought the Studio that brought us the famous show ‘Arcane’. Arcane was a successful show that got a lot of attention when it was released. It was based on the famous game League of Legends. Arcane shined a lot in the Annie Awards and it also secured 100% Rotten Tomatoes on Tomatometer.
While the second season for this amazing show has been decided. The company decided to level up. The company had announced that they hold a significant non-controlling stake in Fortiche. The Chief content officer and Director of Corporate Development of Riot will be joining the board of directors.
Nevertheless, the best part about this development is that Riot games and Fortiche are currently collaborating to bring us the Next season of Arcane along with some other projects. Even though it is unclear what the projects are, it is very amusing to think about them. The fans can accept more stories from League of Legends. Or even better we may even also get to see a whole new cinematic universe develop around it.
