Riot Games looks to redesign its brand with new a new logo and press website- Riot Games is looking to redesign its brand image by adopting a new logo design and website look. According to official announcements, the new logo will now be used across all of Riot Games’ intellectual properties. It looks like the team at Riot Games wants to rebrand their company to suit their latest goals.
This will be the second time that Riot Games have redesigned their company logo design. It was first done in 2019, when League of Legends, Riot Games’ most successful game, reached its ten-year anniversary. The old logo comprises of red-colored ‘Riot’ written with a fist in the dot of the ‘i’ in Riot. After redesigning, the Riot Games logo was simplified to a large fist logo with Riot Games written on the side.

Now, the Riot Games logo has received a new update as the font has again been changed. According to the official Riot statement, “As Riot enters its second decade, we felt the timing was right to update and expand the Riot Games visual system to set us up for success long-term. The change to the logo was an output of building a more cohesive visual system including the creation of additional unique assets (like typography) that will help players recognize us more easily where we show up.”
Apart from the redesign of the Riot Games logo, its website has also received an overhaul in its looks. The newly launched press website for Riot Games will serve as a channel where all the media-related needs, including assets, information on releases, executive bios, and more details of the company will be released here. Riot Games has also announced that they plan to add fact sheets for all the Riot Games’ titles on this press launch website as well.
Riot Games is spreading to multiple genres with the release of other brand new games (like Valorant) or those based upon the League of Legends lore (Teamfight Tactics). The presence of such a website is necessary as fans can check out the details of all the Riot Games’ titles in one place.
