Riot Games expand its League of Legends based game catalog by introducing two new games for Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Xbox, and Sony Playstation. After the release of Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story, we now witness the release of two brand new games from the League of Legends universe for the Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Xbox, and Sony Playstation users.
These two games were announced in the Riot Forge event, and these are based upon two characters from the League of Legends champions pool. The first game is Song of Nunu that is developed by Tequila Works while the second game is called CONV/RGENCE that has been developed by Double Stallion Games. These games are a part of Riot Games’ endeavor to allow independent game developers the opportunity to explore Runeterra’s lore.
Song of Nunu: Trailer, Release Date, and Game Overview
Do you want to build a snowman, or do you want to have a snowball fight with a yeti? Because if the snowball fight is your thing, the team @TequilaWorks has you covered with Song of Nunu. pic.twitter.com/Z5LDzcYnev

The Song of Nunu will be released in 2022 on Sony Playstation 4 & 5, Nintendo Switch, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will be available through Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. In this game, we follow the adorable duo of Nunu and Willump who are searching for Nunu’s mother. Players will navigate across Freljord with them in an adventure game based upon multiple narratives. Players will also get to meet various League of Legends characters like Lissandra as they explore the tundra of Freljord.
CONV/RGENCE: Trailer, Release Date, and Game Overview
It’s been some time since we’ve given an update on CONV/RGENCE. Unfortunately, it’s hard to develop a game when your main champion keeps rewinding time, but luckily @dblstallion is still hard at work. pic.twitter.com/cMVGgimi1c

CONV/RGENCE will also be released in 2022 alongside Song of Nunu. It will be available on the Sony Playstation 4 & 5, Nintendo Switch, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S through Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store. In this game, players will play as Ekko, in a 2D-style side-scrolling action game. They will be using Ekko’s Zero Drive powers as a gameplay feature to rewind time and solve different parts of the game. Players can explore the undercity of Zaun by playing as Ekko.
ALeague of Legends future game based on Demacia?
After Freljord and Zaun, we were also able to see a beacon of light coming from Demacia during the Riot Forge Showcase with the Nintendo Switch event. We also caught a glimpse of the Citadel of Dawn with a shackle around it which subsequently broke off after an arcane explosion. Demacia is the home of multiple League of Legends champions like Garen, Lux, Fiora, Jarvan IV, Sylas, Xin Zhao, Vayne, Lucian, and Kayle. If this game is confirmed, it will be the fifth game released under the Riot Forge project label that was just established in December 2019.
Stay with us as we bring to you more updates regarding the games from Riot Forge.
