Riot Forge reveals “Bandle Tale”, a new League of Legends related game on Nintendo Direct – Riot Game’s League of Legends title has grown so massive that the company now publishes games made by third-party studios under “Riot Forge.” On Sept 14. during the Nintendo Direct presentation, one such new title Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story was revealed. Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story is being developed by Lazy Bear Games studio. The official announcement says it will be “a crafting RPG set in the whimsical world of Bandle City.”

As per League of Legends lore, Bandle City is the home of Yordles. They are beings from the Spirit Realm who either reside in their magical city or explore Runeterra. Looking at the game trailer, we see the player controlling a Yordle character as they travel across the different magical places in Bandle City. We also see many recognizable champions from League of Legends like Corki, Tristana, Lulu, Teemo, Yuumi, and Veigar in the trailer.
The Bandle Tale might be similar to other simulation role-playing games like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing. It focuses on the player exploring different areas, gathering resources, and crafting items while interacting with different NPCs in the game. This type of game will please players who want to have a fun time while enjoying adventures in a light-hearted RPG game.
While the Bandle Tale game will be released somewhere in 2024, Riot Forge also announced the release date of their upcoming game Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story, which will be available on Nov. 1, 2023.
