The famous battle royale title previously held the Genesis Collector’s Event. The original versions of the Canyon of Kings and End of the World maps, as well as the City of Skulls location in Arena mode, were added to the game as part of the event.
Apex Legends Thrillseekers Event Release Date
When the Genesis Collection Event concludes, the Apex Legends Thrillseekers event will begin. The event begins on July 13th and will last around three weeks before ending on August 3rd.
What to Expect From This Event?
With the upcoming Thrillseekers Event, The game will get a new Overload map. The map is just a vast, open space that will undoubtedly favor one of the players. In the game, a new map called Slope will be released. This map is essentially an open region where players may engage in open and close-range combat. Aside from that, new skins for Bloodhound and Wraith, such as the Youngblood skin for Bloodhound and the Voidwalker skin for Wraith, will be available as part of the Thrillseekers Event.
This is incredibly exciting, and the Apex community is looking forward to the next event, but life hasn’t been easy for Respawn recently, since the game has had severe troubles with hackers, which has frustrated the community.
Apex Legends Got Hacked
People who believe Respawn didn’t do enough to combat hackers in its first game, Titanfall, hacked Apex Legends. Apex Legends players on PC discovered that their in-game playlists and notifications had been hijacked, with text claiming that Titanfall hackers had taken their place. Anyone who has been hacked will be bombarded with messages directing them to the hackers’ website and will be unable to queue for any game mode.
