PUBG: New State: Krafton speaks on iOS Regarding the Global Launch. Krafton, are the developers of the game, where 100 players will fight on a new battleground with various weapons and strategies until only one party remains. The players could utilize gear, vehicles, and consumables to survive the free-fire zone of the Battlegrounds and become the last survivor standing.
The game got released globally for both Android and iOS devices. Initially, the iOS Pre-orders were opened for all players aged 12 and up, but the age rating of PUBG: NEW STATE on the App Store to be changed to 17 and up. Krafton wrote on this issue on their official website.
“Hello, Survivors, During the last few months, we’ve been hard at work getting ready to bring you and the rest of our fans the next-gen battle royale experience with PUBG: NEW STATE. When we opened iOS Pre-orders for all Survivors ages 12 and up, we were excited to bring this game for all of you to enjoy.”
They further wrote, “However, a situation beyond our control developed that required the age rating of the game on the App Store to be changed to 17 and up. This means that any Survivors under the age of 17 will not be able to access or play the game, regardless of whether or not they pre-ordered.”
“We are truly grateful and humbled by the support and love that everyone (especially Survivors on iOS) has shown for the game, and we are extremely disappointed that many of our fans have been unexpectedly barred from joining us on the Battlegrounds.”
“We are committed to bringing our Survivors the best next-gen battle royale experience, and we hope you all join us as we make progress with PUBG: NEW STATE.”
