Pubg Mobile: Team 8Bit won the APL Invitational Season 1

The final day of the APL Invitational Season 1 ended with Team 8Bit winning the number 1 position. Nova Godlike and Marcos Gaming secured the 2nd and 3rd position respectively. The top 3 teams also won the impressive prize pool of 1,00,000 INR which was managed by Esports Empire team.

The last day of the tournament saw some outstanding performance by the teams. Besides this, the stream reached the highest live watching ever in an unofficial pubg mobile event. At one point during the match, it reached 73K peak concurrent viewers and approximately had around 1.2M playbacks.

Team 8Bit was at the number 1 spot throughout the 4 days of the event. While other teams tried each day to take the top position but never succeded. Team 8Bit earned a total of 228 points including the 80 kill points. Though Nova Godlike finished 2nd (225 points) with just a minimal margin of 3 points. They were the highest fragging team with a total of 91 kill points. NovaGodlAladin topped the day 4 kill leader with 11 kills followed by TSMentZGod (11 kills) and MGZedRonak (10 kills).

Team Tamilas won the 10,000 INR for getting the most chicken dinners title in the finals. Here is the prize pool distribution of APL Invitational Season 1 –

  1. Team 8Bit – 50,000 INR
  2. Nova GodLike – 25,000 INR
  3. Marcos Gaming – 15,000 INR

As NovaGodlike had the maximum kill points. NovaGodlAladin (40 kills) won the highest kill leader title of the tournament. 8bitakshat placed at 2nd position with 24 kills followed by TSMentZgod (24 kills), GXRCletzultron (23 kills) and TSMentClutchgod (23 kills).

Although Team 8Bit could not qualify for the PMCO Fall Split 2020: India. But this win would boost their morale and help them perform better in the upcoming events.
