Here’s the step-by-step guide to recovering the lost PUBGM account successfully.
- Launch the game on the device first.
- Tap the ‘Help’ button, placed at the top-right corner.
- Select ‘Account issues’.
- Now, select ‘Account Recovery’.
- Gamers can easily find out the ‘Click here’ option and submit their details.
After submitting the claim, a customer service rep will review it. Gamers will receive the response from the devs within a couple of weeks (14 days).

The processing rule says, ” After the submission, we will finish reviewing your claim within 14 days and notify you of the result via the email address you provided. Please note that you will not be able to file another complaint during the review period. ”
