This is something that every trainer in Pokemon Go has experienced. Niantic usually makes some mistakes and then provides you with compensation in terms of rewards. And now again, Niantic has offered trainers another make-up timed research.
Earlier, when the timed research was available for Galarian Ponyta, its shiny form was also released. The event started with trainers encountering it but suddenly by mistake, Niantic stopped Shiny Galarian Ponyta to appear. The original form was only appearing on the completion of the research. So, to compensate for this mishap, Niantic has come up with another Timed research for Galarian Ponyta. This time, trainers are encountering shiny form more.
The research consists of two parts, and completion of each part will reward you with an encounter with Galarian Ponyta. Some lucky trainers are getting the shiny one on the first encounter as well. And some didn’t even get it after completing both. Huh!
Anyways, the two parts consist of 3 research tasks each which are as follow:
Limited Research 1/2 – ( Galarian Ponyta + 1000XP + 1000 x Stardust)
- Transfer 5 Pokemon ( Reward – 10 x Pokeballs)
- Catch 5 Pokemon ( Reward – 1000XP)
- Make 5 Nice Throws ( Reward – 1000x Stardust)
Limited Research 2/2 – ( Galarian Ponyta + 1500XP + 1 Incense)
- Claim Reward ( Reward – 15 x Pokeballs)
- Claim Reward ( Reward – 1500XP)
- Claim Reward ( Reward – 1500x Stardust)

Well, this is not it. Niantic has increased the time and appearance of Galarian Ponyta more in 7KM eggs. So you gotta run and incubate more eggs at this time. Yes, the research will be available from Tuesday, June 1, 10:00 AM to Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 10:00 AM local time. So, this means we have chances to hatch Shiny Galarian Ponyta from eggs. C’mon trainers let’s work on it.
