Pokemon GO Battle Day: Check out Guzma-themed event featuring Timed Research tasks and various rewards- During Pokemon GO Battle Days, trainers can compete in the Go Battle League with their best teams. They can get a lot of rewards and offers during this event period. Niantic has announced the details of the latest Pokemon GO Battle Day and it will be themed around Guzma. He is the leader of Team Skull from the Pokemon Sun & Moon games.

The event will begin on Oct. 1, 2022, from 12 AM until 11:59 PM in local time. Let us check out all the details of this event

Pokemon Go Battle Day: Guzma Timed Research tasks

During this Pokemon GO Battle Day event, the following Guzma Timed Research quests will be available to the trainers.

• Battle in the Pokemon GO Battle League 5 times: Get 7500 XP
• Battle in the Pokemon GO Battle League 10 times: Get 7500 XP
• Use 10 supereffective Charged Attacks: Get 7500 XP
• Power up your Pokemon 10 times: Get 7500 XP
• Event Rewards: 3 Rare Candies, 1 Elite Charged TM, Guzma Watch & Guzma Bracelet

For completing these Guzma Timed Research quests, it is not compulsory for trainers to win their battles.

During the GO Battle Days Guzma-themed event, the Master League and Master Premier Classic will be available in the Pokemon GO Battle League.

If trainers want to perform well in these leagues and complete their Guzma Timed Research quests, here are some Pokemon Lineups they can use.

When it comes to Pokemon GO Battle League, Master League is considered to be the most expensive challenge. In this league, mostly all top players are Legendaries. Moreover, trainers need to spend lots of XL Candy in order to participate in it.

For this league, the best team to go for is Dialga, Melmetal, and Mewtwo. Other Pokemons like Lugia, Giratina (Origin Forme), Zekrom, Zacian, Groudon, Kyogre, and Togekiss can also be used depending upon the matchups.

If Master League is difficult for some trainers, they can partake in Master Premier Classic. In this, Legendary or Mythical Pokemons as well as Pokemons that have been powered up using Candy XL are not eligible.

Players can use the combination of Metagross, Togekiss, and Garchomp here. They can also go for Gyarados (Shadow), Florges, Dragonite, Snorlax (Shadow), and Excadrill.
