The popularity of PUBG Mobile continues to rise since its launch. Many records have already been broken by the title in terms of revenue and download.  Several tournaments around the world have drawn millions of viewers to the esports scene for the title. PUBG Mobile has seen the expansion of esports, so many sponsors and organizers are bringing in new tournaments with huge prize pools, allowing the best players to display their skills.

The audience has witnessed a similar event last year with a charity prize pool of $1.5 Million. EMEA and South Asia were the two regions where the event was organized. Various NGOs and organizations received revenue from that event to assist in the fight against COVID-19. The tournament was won respectively by Godlike Esports from South Asia and Team 1218 from the EMEA region.
