PUBG Mobile Rivals Cup 2022 Korea vs Japan is a small tournament between the top PUBG Mobile teams from Korea and Japan. The winner of this tournament is given a ticket to the world championship. In November 2021, BC Swell was the one who grabbed the victory in this tournament and secured their spot in last year’s world championship. Let’s see who will be getting a chance to play in the world championship this time.
PMRC 2022 Korea Vs Japan: Format
Korea Qualifiers: 16 teams from PUBG Mobile Pro Series 2022 Season 4 will take part in the Korea Qualifiers and out of these 16 teams, 8 will qualify for the rivals cup. The qualifiers will be a two-day event with 5 matches each day and the map order will be as given below.
- Match 1 – Erangel
- Match 2 – Miramar
- Match 3 – Sanhok
- Match 4 – Miramar
- Match 5 – Erangel
Japan Qualifiers: The Japan qualifiers will also follow the same pattern. 16 teams from the PUBG Mobile Japan League Season 2 Phase 2 will play in the qualifiers. The top 8 teams will qualify for the rivals cup and the match order will be similar to that of the Korean Qualifiers. Both the Qualifiers will take place from the 17th of September, 2022 – the 18th of September, 2022.
Now the top 16 teams that qualify for the rivals cup will compete with each other in the finals. The finals will also be a two-day – event. The 16 teams will face each other to determine the winner of the rival’s cup. The finals will take place from the 19th of September, 2022 till the 20th of September, 2022. The map order for the finals is mentioned below.

- Match 3 – Sanhok
- Match 4 – Miramar
- Match 5 – Erangel
