After watching some nail-biting finish in the last day of the league stage of PMPL South Asia 2020, we got our winners. Orange Rock esports clinched the number one spot in the league and qualified for World League along with TSM-Entity and Godlike who were runner up and second runner up respectively.
The last day of the league stage had one of the most exciting finishes of the tournament. While OrangeRock and TSM-Entity were fighting for the number one spot. Whereas there was a fight going on between Team GodLike and SynerGE to get the third position and confirm their slot for World League Eastern division.
TSM-Entity ended with the number 1 position at the end of Day1 Week 3 leading with 9 points on Orange Rock. But Team OR closed the gap in Day 2 and never left the first spot to any team. TSM- Entity had the maximum number of kills i.e. 276 whereas OR took the maximum placement points i.e. 416.
Team Soul last day performance
Team Soul also showed some amazing performance in the last few matches. The team engaged in some heavy crossfires with the opponents and ultimately ended the league stage matches with a chicken dinner with 14 kills and Viper declared as MVP of the match.
A total of $61,500 was distributed among the teams in league stage where Team OR took $10,000 as a reward. The second and third position team took $8,000 and $6,000 respectively
