PMPL MEA Championship Spring 2022 Day 1: Team Umbra takes the top spot after the first 6 rounds – The PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Middle East & Africa (MEA) began yesterday. The first 6 rounds of the tournament were held and 16 qualified teams competed in them. As Day 1 ended, Team Umbra took 1st place, followed by Nigma Galaxy, Twisted Minds, and YaLLa Esports at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places respectively. Here is an overview of the 6 rounds that took place on Day 1 of the PUBG Mobile Pro League MEA Championship Spring 2022.

1st Round:

The first match of Day 1 was played on the Erangel map. In this round, Nigma Galaxy gained 1st place with a massive number of 16 kills. Twisted Minds followed them at 2nd place with 8 kills. 01 Esports took 3rd place with 7 kills while Team Umbra got 4th place with 3 kills.

2nd Round:

The second round was conducted in Miramar. Twisted Minds took 1st place here with 8 kills. After them, Team Umbra claimed 2nd place with 7 kills and Team Myths got 3rd place with also 7 kills. YaLLa Esports received 4th place with 8 kills.

3rd Round:

The third match of the day was also held at Erangel. YaLLa Esports was able to get 1st place with 12 kills in this round. Team Umbra settled at 2nd place even with 12 kills. R8 Esports took 3rd place with 11 kills while G3 Temper managed to secure 4th place finish with only 3 kills.

4th Round:

Sanhok was the map for the fourth round. Team Umbra came victorious and got 1st place with 11 kills. This team was followed by R8 Esports who took 2nd place with 6 kills. Nigma Galaxy and Falcons Esports secured 3rd and 4th place finishes, each with just 3 kills in this round.

5th Round:

The fifth match was the final Erangel map for Day 1. Conqueror obtained 1st place with 9 kills with Falcons Esports getting 2nd place with 7 kills. Ooredoo Thunders received 3rd place with 6 kills while YaLLa Esports got 4th place finish with 7 kills.

6th Round:

The final match of Day 1 was conducted in Miramar. Nigma Galaxy secured 1st place here with 5 kills. NASR Esports got 2nd place with a massive number of 14 kills in this round. Even Conqueror had got 3rd place even with 12 kills. 4th place was taken by INTRUDER with a meager 2 kills in this round.
