"PMGC has been an eye-opening lesson for us", Godlike Coach- Ghatak on Team Performance

The just-finished PMGC 2021 brought together all of the main PUBG Mobile esports tournaments from the previous calendar year. The Grand Finals featured the top 16 teams from around the world, ensuring that the event was a big success. GodLike Esports was the only Indian team selected for the prestigious competition, and they were the only team in the lobby. Jonathan, Zgod, Neyoo, Clutchgod, Saumraj, and Ghatak were among the team’s world-class players. The team, however, did not live up to fan expectations and finished in thirteenth place.

Referring to their Team Performance, Coach of Team Godlike Abhijeet Harishchandra “GHATAK” Andhare stated in his Instagram that:

“PMGC has been an eye-opening lesson for us. We accept the defeat, done and dusted. We gonna take this defeat as our motivation to grind super hard. We learned much-needed lessons and we won’t be stopping anytime soon. No excuses for the past but the future will be pure Annihilation. The grind begins from the scratch, to the new beginnings”

Godlike esports also realized their flaws and shortcomings in PMGC and promised to work hard for future events. We finished 13th place at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship Grand finals. We are really proud of the entire team; they gave it they’re all. Even given the conditions, we know the conclusion is unfavorable. There have been several errors and flaws, and there is still so much more to learn. With the lessons learned from PMGC, we commit to improving on our shortcomings and becoming better and better until there is nothing left to conquer. We want to thank everyone who has shown us love and support along our journey. We love you too.

GodLike Esports, which was founded in the year 2020, has come a long way to become India’s leading eSports firm. GodLike has done it all, from collaborating with the world’s best firm, Nova Esports to building their own brand in India. With the launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India, the organization grew dramatically by enlisting the TSM Entity’s aggressive roster, which is now practically unbeatable when it comes to winning BGMI competitions.
