The largest PUBG Mobile esports event of the year, PUBG Mobile Global Championship aka PMGC 2022 will take place from November 2022 to January 2023. The event might take place in Paris, France as per reports. As we are rapidly approaching this mega event, a lot of information is being surfaced. Four teams from China will compete in the $4 million PMGC 2022, it was announced today at the 2022 Esports Annual Summit, which is being co-hosted by Tencent and the Asian Electronic Sports Federation. The winners of the current PEL and along with the teams who will finish second and third will advance to the League Stage of PMGC 2022, while 2022 Summer will go directly to the PMGC 2022 Grand Finals. The PEL Summer Grand Finals will take place from August 18 to August 21 and will include a sizable prize pool. Between November 22, 2022, and January 23, 2023, PMGC 2022 will take place. Later this year, officials will hold a unique competition, and the winning team will advance to the League Stage. The final slot distribution for the China region is shown below.

R8 Esports became the first team to qualify for PMGC 2022
The PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) 2022 Arabia’s Fall season concluded on July 23. Falcons Esports won the trophy after putting up one-sided performances in the Grand Finals. R8 Esports has qualified for PMGC 2022 based on the PMGC 2022 Qualification points with consistent results in both the PMPL Arabia Spring and Fall seasons. The team is going to PMGC 2022, which will take place between November 2022 and January 2023 and will offer a $4,000,000 USD grand prize.
