Out of the 48 teams that played in the group stage only 24 will be in the survival stage. 15 teams have been eliminated until now and the top 3 teams of each group have been directly qualified for the finals.

PMGC 2022 League Survival Stage: Format, Teams
Similar to the group stage, in this survival stage the teams have been divided into three different groups. The names of the groups are the same and each group will have 8 teams. Each group will be plating six matches per day for three days in a round robin format. The top 8 teams will be eliminated at the end of the stage. Here are the teams and the specific groups.
