Phoenix Force won the Free Fire World Series 2021, after dominating over four out of six matches in the finals. It was the first Free Fire global event of the year 2021. In the final stage played this Sunday, in Singapore, the Thailand team stood out in the overall standings with four booyah’s, three of them consecutively, and occupied the lead from start to finish.
Phoenix Force won the championship with 113 points and a prize pool of US $ 500,000. With three booyah’s and 28 kills in the first three matches, Phoenix Force amassed 64 points. Silence had been 20 points ahead of the winner up to that time. With the second position and 14 kills in the second match in Bermuda, the team from Thailand extended the advantage – and got the lead of 36 points.
It’s worth noting that Phoenix Force is the Thai team of EVOS, an Indonesian esports company. The squad was originally known as EVOS TH, but it had to alter its name to FFWS 2021 because of the presence of EVOS ID, the organization’s Indonesian line-up, in the competition.
