ONE Esports MPL Invitational 2021: Everything you need to know about the Semi-Finals and Grand Finals. This has been an exciting week as the top 20 teams from Southeast Asia battled it out to advance further in the ONE Esports MPL Invitational 2021. After 3 days of grueling Group Stages and one day of Quarter-Finals, we are now looking forward to the Semi-Finals and Grand-Finals that will take place on 7th November. The ultimate champion team will rise that day and win a major portion of the $100,000 US Dollars.

Overview:

Eight teams battled it out in the Quarter-Finals for a spot in the Semi-Finals that will be held on 7th November. The results were:

In the 1st Quarter-Final series, RRQ Hoshi defeated Team SMG by 2-0.
In the 2nd Quarter-Final series, Alter Ego defeated EVOS Singapore by 2-0.
In the 3rd Quarter-Final series, Blacklist International defeated Bigetron Alpha by 2-0.
In the 4th Quarter-Final series, ONIC Esports defeated RSG Philippines by 2-1.

Schedule for the semi-finals and grand finals

The final day for the event is 7th November. Both the Semi-Finals and the Grand-Finals will be played on the same day to determine the champion of the tournament.

RRQ Hoshi and Blacklist International will fight in the first Semi-Final which starts at 13:00 (GMT +8).
ONIC Esports and Alter Ego will fight in the second Semi-Final which starts at 15:35 (GMT +8).
The Grand-Finals will be played by the winners of both the Semi-Finals at 18:10 (GMT +8).

The teams will play a best of 3 series in the Semi-Finals to determine the winners who will advance into the Grand-Finals. The Grand-Finalists will play a best of 5 series to determine the final champion.
