Nova Esports Wins The Peace Elite Championship (PEC) 2020, Paraboy Wins MVP

Nova Esports emerged as the champions of the Peace Elite Championship (PEC) 2020, the second World Championship of Peacekeeper Elite
a Chinese rebranded version of PUBG Mobile (also known as Game for Peace). The last year’s PEC defending champions took the trophy home along with ¥ 5,000,000 ($756,683 USD) as prize money. Royal Never Give Up and Four Angry Men secured 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Zhu “paraboy” Bocheng became the MVP of the event and won the prize money of ¥ 500,000 ($75,668 USD).

Nova Esports started day 1 by securing back to back 2 chicken dinners, they completely showed their intentions to defend their throne. After 4 matches of day 1, the team finished at 2nd position in the leaderboard with Royal Never Give Up at the number 1 spot.

On the last day of Peace Elite Championship 2020, we witnessed some amazing performance from the teams. The day 2 started with the Chicken dinner by SouthEast Asian team ‘King Of Gamers Club’ who secured their first chicken dinner in the event. The 2nd and 3rd match was won by Nova Esports which gave them a 21 points lead from the second-placed team. In Match 3 of day 2, we saw an insane clutch from T1 Zzp who swept Team Reject Scarlet with his amazing skills.

The last match was a do or die situation for Royal Never Give Up to become the champions of PEC 2020. But during early rotation, Royal Never Give Up got caught by Tempo Storm and this put RNG in backfoot. In the last match, Tempo Storm showed some amazing performance and secured their 2nd Chicken dinner at PEC 2020 with 16 KILLS.
