Despite this, he clarified that he will continue streaming on Twitch for the time being due to his existing contract, which was signed before the implementation of the new guidelines.
However, when questioned about his plans after the contract ends, Ninja responded cryptically, saying, “we will see.” This vague statement doesn’t bode well for Twitch, especially considering that Ninja has already been exploring streaming on their competitor platform, Kick.

The specific section in question prohibits streamers from simultaneously broadcasting on “Twitch-like” services, which refers to networks, platforms, or services supporting user-generated content streaming.
For the record I have a couple of streams scheduled on Twitch, due to a contract I signed previous to the new TOS. Those streams will continue to go live until the contract ends and the State Farm show ends.
