As of right now, there is only a little bit of information about the Survivor Pass Vol 4. There is no information on this topic apart from the release date. This new Volume pass is scheduled to release on the 10th of February along with the 0.9.24 update.
Some leakers said that the volume 4 survivor pass has been revealed in the cinematic launch trailer of the game. However, this has not been confirmed yet. Nevertheless, the players can expect to get this character in the upcoming SP.
