The most awaited battle between Team Navi and Gambit Esports concluded with the former winning the Dreamhack Masters Spring 2021 finals. The team took on Gambit Esports by winning three straight sets in a best of five matches. Though Gambit Esports has been performing outstandingly against Team Navi. But could not get their fourth consecutive win against them. Team Navi has secured their second title of the year after BLAST Premier: Global Finals 2020.
Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev from Natus Vincere has been awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of DreamHack Masters Spring 2021 by HLTV.org. Navi showed their domination throughout the finals. The team managed an 8-0 lead in the first half of the match. The match was won by 16-7 on Gambit’s first map pick. Navi chose Dust 2 as their first map pick and won the match by 16-12. The team didn’t let their guard down in the third match of the finals. NAVI managed to win the map by 16-12 to sweep the team by 3-0, and emerged as the DreamHack Masters Spring 2021 champions.
